We recommend reaching out two to three weeks ahead for dinner nights and private celebrations. That gives us time to shape the menu, the space, and the evening around your guest list.
What is the minimum group size?
Most of our curated experiences work best with six or more guests. Smaller gatherings can still happen, but we will tailor the format so the night still feels full and connected.
Where do events take place?
Some evenings happen at select venues around Reno. Others come to you, whether that is a private residence or a space you have already booked. We adapt to what fits the occasion.
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
Yes. Tell us about allergies or dietary preferences when you book. We design the dinner around your group, so the menu works for everyone at the table.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for a deposit to hold your date. If plans change, let us know at least one week ahead and we can apply that deposit to a future event with us.
Do we need to handle the entertainment?
No. We coordinate the music, the flow, and the atmosphere as part of the experience. You focus on your guests. We design the night around them.
