How fast will I hear back after sending an inquiry?
We reply to every message within one business day. Most questions get an answer the same day they arrive. If you need a faster answer, call or text and we'll get right back to you.
How far out should I book an event?
We take bookings as far as a year ahead. For dinner experiences and private celebrations, two to four weeks of lead time helps us design something properly. Shorter timelines work too when space allows.
Can we plan something sooner than two weeks out?
Yes, when we have availability. Tell us the date and the size of your group. We'll look at what can be arranged and what needs to shift. Sometimes a smaller, more intimate setup is the way to go.
How much of the planning happens with you?
We handle the full design, from venue and food to music and pacing. We map the evening end to end, so you choose the direction and we build the night around it. You approve the plan, we handle the rest.
What if I only have a rough idea, not a full plan?
That is exactly where we start. Share the occasion, your guest count, and the feeling you want for the evening. We'll shape it into a clear concept you can react to, then refine it together.
How do pricing and deposits work?
We share a custom proposal based on your event details. A deposit confirms your date, and the balance is due before the event. We'll walk you through every line item so there are no surprises.
